Partime and Full to Join Our Team as a Shop Assistant In our New Forecourt Garage and Store in Duffield Village

Are you a dedicated individual with a passion for providing exceptional customer service? Do you have experience in stock management, payment processing, and maintaining store organization? Look no further! We are currently seeking a highly motivated and reliable Shop Assistant to join our team.

Responsibilities

:

- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring every customer leaves with a smile

- Stock shelves and ensure products are displayed attractively

- Process payments accurately and efficiently

- Assist in maintaining the store's appearance and organization

- Manage inventory to ensure optimal stock levels

- Contribute to sales promotions and other marketing initiatives

- Perform various administrative duties as required

- Receive and process incoming stock deliveries

- General Tidy of Fuel Forecourt, No litter, wiping down pumps ect

In addition to traditional shop duties, our unique store offers a variety of self services, including preparing for hot food such as sausage rolls, baps, and pizza slices.

- Strong teamwork skills and ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues

- Exceptional customer service skills, always going above and beyond

- Trustworthiness and a sense of responsibility in handling financial transactions

- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently

- Proactive problem-solving abilities to address customer needs

- Initiative to take on additional responsibilities and contribute to the overall success of the store

- Prior experience in a retail or customer service role is desirable

We anticipate opening our shop Oct 2025, so this is an exciting opportunity to be part of our team from the beginning.
