We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Shop Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting with inventory management, and ensuring the shop is well-organised and welcoming. Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries. Maintain a clean and organised shop environment, ensuring products are displayed attractively. Assist with stock management, including receiving deliveries and restocking shelves. Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the till. Provide product information and recommendations to customers. Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.

Experience

Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not essential. Strong communication skills in English are required. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. A friendly and approachable demeanour with a passion for delivering excellent service. carpet and flooring experience is an advantage.

Pay: 12.50 per hour
