Location - Children's Society Shop, 5 Flat Iron Parade, New Market Street, Chorley, PR7 1BY





We are looking for a shop assistant to join our friendly staff and volunteer team in Chorley.



The shop is very busy and trades 7 days a week.

What you'll do:

Support the shop management in driving sales and income. Help lead and motivate a diverse team of volunteers. Deliver excellent customer service and create a welcoming shop atmosphere. Ensure sufficient stock is prepared for sale each day. Follow all necessary health & safety, admin and cash handling procedures.

What we're looking for:

A proactive, enthusiastic individual with great communication skills. Passion and commitment Someone who enjoys working with people and knows how to inspire a team. Previous experience in retail or a similar customer-facing environment
