Duties
Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries.
Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the shop, ensuring products are displayed attractively.
Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the till.
Restock shelves and manage inventory levels to ensure product availability.
Handle customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and empathy.
Skills
Interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
Good knowledge of produce (fresh fruits/vegetable's) ideal but not essential and can be taught on the job.
A friendly and approachable demeanour that encourages customer engagement.
