We are now seeking enthusiastic and committed Retail Assistants to join our Croydon team.
Role Overview
As a Retail Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring the store operates smoothly while delivering excellent service to our customers. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role suited to individuals who enjoy an active retail environment and value teamwork.
Main Duties
Maintaining a clean, organised, and welcoming shop floor
Restocking shelves and arranging attractive product displays
Building strong product knowledge to support and assist customers
Handling fresh food items, including meat, fish, and vegetables
Carrying out manual handling tasks, including lifting
Supporting early morning store operations (from 7:00 a.m.)
Working closely with colleagues to maintain high store standards
About You
Retail or customer service experience is helpful but not essential. We're looking for individuals who are:
Reliable, proactive, and friendly
Team-focused and cooperative
Quick to learn and able to adapt in a busy environment
Available for weekend shifts and early starts
Cantonese or Mandarin speakers (advantageous but not required)
