Duties
SATURDAY WOKR ONLY
Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products
Provide information about products, promotions, and services offered
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the shop, including restocking shelves as needed
Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth shop operations
Assist in inventory management and stock control
Qualifications
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers
Previous experience in retail or customer service is advantageous but not essential
Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
