Duties
Greet customers warmly as they enter the shop and provide assistance as needed.
Maintain an organised and tidy shop environment, ensuring products are well-displayed and stocked.
Assist customers with inquiries regarding products, services, and promotions.
Process transactions accurately at the till, handling cash and card payments.
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
Support inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages.
Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and customer service techniques.
Skills
Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers.
Proficiency in English is essential; knowledge wales or other languages
Excellent interpersonal skills, demonstrating a friendly and approachable demeanour.
Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in maintaining shop standards.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and tasks throughout the day.
