Overview We are seeking a Shop Assistant to join our team in assisting with daily operations and customer service in our retail shop. The ideal candidate will be a reliable and friendly individual who enjoys working in a customer-facing role. Duties - Greet and assist customers in a courteous manner - Maintain shop cleanliness and organisation - Stock shelves and monitor inventory levels - Process customer transactions accurately - Assist with product displays and promotions - Provide information on products and services to customers Requirements - Proficiency in English is essential - Ability to communicate effectively with customers - Previous experience in a retail environment is advantageous - Strong organisational skills - Knowledge of Spanish or other languages is a plus
