We are looking for customer advisors to join our team in our brand new store based in

Clapham, Wembley, Beckenham and Camden

.

Our stores are open 7 days a week so the shift will be 5 days out of the 7 with weekend work on a rota basis shared amongst the team.

(Weekend Availability is Required)

We are a newly started business that is rapidly expanding and looking to add to our enthusiastic and growing team. From our humble beginnings of just one small DIY store in 2021 we will soon be adding to our growing estate of stores and opening a brand-new shop in Fulham and we are looking for new team members that share the same drive and passion as ourselves here at Zyber.

42.5hrs per week

The Role

*To grow branch sales and margins, by proactively chasing sales opportunities, finding new business and developing relationships with new and existing customers.

Assisting trade and retail customers with all needs, offering advice and guidance on a vast range of products and services.
Opening and closing the store.
Replenishing products within the store
Accept deliveries and make sure everything is checked and put away.
Flexibility - Our stores are open 7 days a week, with opening times generally from 7am - 5:30pm with reduced hours at the weekends.
General Store maintenance (Cleaning, Dusting, stocking shelves, facing up products)

What key skills and experiences are we looking for?

Confident communication skills Willingness to learn Previous customer facing experience - preferably in a builder's merchant, DIY. Team player Flexibility A passion for delivering great service, greeting customers with a smile, and serving them with pride

Pay: 25,100.00-28,000.00 per year
