Job Title: Part-Time Customer Service & Food Service Assistant

Location: Moffat Branch

Hours: 20 hours per week (3-4 days) between 6.30am - 3pm

About the Role:

We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused team member to join our Moffat branch. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, has a positive attitude, and takes pride in delivering excellent service and high-quality food and drink.

Key Responsibilities:

Preparing and serving freshly made filled rolls, cakes, and other food items Making a range of hot and cold drinks, including barista-style coffees Providing a warm, welcoming, and professional customer experience Handling cash and card payments accurately Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety Restocking displays and ensuring the shop is well-presented at all times Working as part of a team to ensure smooth daily operations
About You:

Friendly, approachable, and confident when dealing with customers Reliable, punctual, and flexible across 3-4 working days per week Able to work well both independently and as part of a team Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or food service is desirable but not essential A positive attitude and willingness to learn
