Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries. Maintain an organised and tidy shop environment, ensuring products are displayed attractively. Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the till. Restock shelves and manage inventory levels to ensure availability of products. Assist in the preparation of promotional displays and special events. Provide knowledgeable information about products to customers, including features and benefits. Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally and effectively. Collaborate with team members to achieve shop goals and enhance customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Previous experience in a retail or customer service role is advantageous. Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers. Multilingual or bilingual abilities, particularly in Spanish and English, are highly desirable to better serve our diverse clientele. A friendly and approachable demeanour, with a strong commitment to providing excellent customer service. Ability to work well in a team environment as well as independently when required. Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends if necessary. A proactive attitude towards learning about new products and services offered in the shop.
