We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Person to join our sales team. You will play a vital role in providing excellent customer service both in store and via telephone whilst creating a welcoming environment for all visitors. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a dynamic retail setting and have a passion for helping others.Basic computer skills needed and prior knowledge of Airguns preffered but not essential as knowledge and sales training will be given on the job.
Salary to be reviewed after a 3 month trial period
Duties
Serve in the shop and greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries.
assemble and pack air rifle packages and Maintain an organised and tidy shop environment.
Restock shelves and ensure products are displayed attractively.
Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the till.
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
Taking telephone orders and enquiries & assist in inventory management, including stock checks.
learning all aspects of Airguns and related products.To build your skills and knowledge for selling.
Experience
Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not essential.
Ability to work well within a team and independently when required.
A friendly disposition with a genuine interest in helping customers.
Basic numeracy skills for handling transactions and stock management.
