Job Overview: Shop Assistant

We are currently seeking a reliable and presentable

Shop Assistant

to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting the daily operations of our shop, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for every customer.

Shop Duties:

Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner Maintain a clean, tidy, and organized shop floor Restock shelves and monitor inventory levels Accurately process customer transactions Assist in setting up product displays and in-store promotions Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently Present a professional image at all times Be punctual, reliable, and an excellent timekeeper

Experience & Skills:

Prior experience in retail or customer service is a plus Strong communication skills in English (preferred) Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-first approach Highly reliable with a strong sense of responsibility and punctuality

Shipping Duties:

Receive and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders Prepare, package, and label outgoing shipments Organize and maintain inventory storage areas Conduct regular inventory checks Accurately process shipping documentation and ensure regulatory compliance Schedule pickups and deliveries with carriers Resolve shipment discrepancies or issues as they arise Use computerized systems for tracking and updating shipment statuses Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and attention to detail

Pay: From 12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
