Part-Time Shop Assistant - Raw Pet Food Store (16-21 hours/week)

What You'll Be Doing:

Assisting customers with product advice and purchases Handling stock, deliveries, and freezers (must be comfortable working in cold conditions) Restocking shelves and maintaining a clean, organized shop Using the till and processing payments Keeping records of stock movement and following hygiene protocols Helping educate customers about raw feeding and pet nutrition (full training provided)

What We're Looking For:

A genuine love for animals and an interest in natural pet food Friendly, approachable, and confident speaking to customers Physically fit and able to lift heavy items (e.g., boxes of frozen food, large deliveries etc) Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic Previous customer service or raw feeding experience is a plus, but not essential Must be available for set days through weekdays (Thursdays and Fridays) and two Saturdays a month.

Working Hours:

16 to 21 hours per week, this would be every Thursday and Friday 9am-5pm with two Saturdays a month at 9am-2pm.
