Duties
Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries.
Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the shop, ensuring all products are displayed attractively.
Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the till.
Provide information about products, promotions, and services to customers.
Participate in regular training sessions to improve product knowledge and customer service skills.
Requirements
Previous experience in retail or customer service is advantageous but not essential.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team as well as independently.
A friendly and approachable demeanor.
Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends to cover sickness and holidays.
