Job Description
We are seeking a friendly and proactive Shop Assistant to join our team.(Monday,Tuesday and Friday,Saturday from 5-10pm). The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting with daily shop operations, and ensuring a welcoming environment for all visitors.
Responsibilities
Customer service
: Welcome customers, take food and drink orders, and answer questions about the menu.Food preparation
: Prepare, heat, and finish cooking simple food items according to food safety standards.Order fulfillment
: Serve food and drinks, pack orders for takeaway, and ensure customers have everything they need.Point of sale
: Operate a till and process payments (cash, card) accurately.Cleaning and maintenance
: Keep the serving and eating areas clean, tidy, and restocked, which can include clearing tables and washing dishes.Skills
English language required. Experience in similar role desireble.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: 13.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 - 25 per week
