Job Description

We are looking for a Shop Assistant/Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe workplace, ensuring that all customer service standards are met, and managing staff to ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and on time. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of customer service principles, and the ability to motivate and lead a team.

Experience is preffered but not essential.

Responsibilities:

Ensure that all store policies and procedures are followed. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Assist customers with their inquiries and complaints. Handle cash and credit transactions accurately. Ensure that the store is adequately stocked with merchandise. Conduct regular inventory checks.
Th position will be a minimum of 16 hours with opportunities for extra. It will include weekends as well as during the week.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: 12.21-13.21 per hour
