This role reports to the Assistant Foodhall Manger or Supervisors . As Foodhall Sales Assistant/Deli Sales Assistant you will be responsible for supporting the shopfloor and deli operation of this fantastic Foodhall & Kitchen.

Your love and knowledge of food will shine through, selling and serving with personality is a must for this exciting role. Working with the supervisors you will merchandise the finest fresh food and ambient produce showcased through wonderful visual displays.

Keeping the displays abundant yet minimising waste and reduced-price items will be key to success. Achieving the highest standards of food safety will be a pre-requisite of the role.

This is very much a customer-facing service role, so having an outgoing personality will mean you entertain and 'wow' customers daily. Your approach will be fun and friendly whilst actively up-selling through your knowledge of the products.

Providing exceptional service and fantastic food is what will make this Foodhall stand out from the crowd. From the moment a customer enters the site you and the team will welcome them like friends, taking care of them every step of their visit and beyond. With a knowledge of EPOS till systems you will be well trained, creating a fun and relaxed atmosphere for the customer at checkout.

By being outgoing and confident speaking to groups, participating in demonstration days, food event and tasting days, will come easily to you.

Being a team player, you will attend regular training sessions, embracing new ideas, working together to achieve consistently high standards.
