We are seeking a motivated

Shipfitter

to join our team in a dynamic, hands-on maritime environment. You'll play a key role in assembling and installing various components of ships -- including bulkheads, decks, and metal structures -- helping us deliver high-quality builds and refits.

Responsibilities

Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to plan and layout work. Assemble and install structural components on vessels such as decks, bulkheads, frames, and fittings. Carry out basic welding, cutting, and grinding tasks. Follow safety procedures and meet quality standards at all times. Work alongside other trades such as welders, electricians, and engineers to complete projects efficiently. Keep your work area clean and organised.

What We're Looking For

Experience in shipfitting or a similar trade

is preferred, but not essential. Ability to read basic technical drawings is an advantage. A background in construction, metalwork, or engineering is helpful.

Welding skills (MIG/TIG)

are a bonus but not required. A valid

CSCS card or similar safety training

is desirable.

Reliable, hard-working, and willing to learn

these matter most.

Pay: 100.00-150.00 per day
