We have 2 factories and 2 factory shops.
Currently we have a need for a Shop Assistant in our Portadown store. In this vital role, you will support all daily operations in a busy shop environment and ensure our customers receive excellent service. Be part of a small dedicated team, within the security of a large organisation. This will be a very varied job with plenty going on to keep the mind active. Although experience is preferable, there will be full training provided on aspects of your duties
Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and assist with their inquiries.
Maintain stock levels and organize displays to attract customers.
Process customer transactions accurately using our POS tills.
Learn and provide product information on our latest lines.
Ensure the shop floor remains clean and organized, with stock levels always replenished
Collaborate with team members and other firm departments to help meet daily sales targets.
Support with inventory management and display.
Uphold health and safety standards at all times.
Qualifications
Proven experience in retail or customer service is preferred.
Excellent communication skills in English, written and spoken
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Basic math skills for handling transactions.
Friendly demeanor with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Ability to work well within a small team, but aware of the larger firms needs.
Hours
Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm
