Shop Floor Assistant - West Hampstead Branch

Salary: 32,000 - 33,000

Location: West Hampstead, NW6 2QT

Hours:

Monday to Friday, 07:00-17:00, Alternate Saturdays, 07:00-13:00.

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused

Shop Floor Assistant

to join our busy West Hampstead branch. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a vital role in delivering excellent service while supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the branch.

Key Responsibilities:

Replenishing stock on the shop floor Supporting with deliveries in and out of the store Ordering goods and maintaining stock levels Handling customer queries both in person and over the phone Assisting with general sales-related duties

Requirements

Excellent customer service skills Ability to work on your own initiative and thrive under pressure Confident and professional telephone manner Previous experience in a similar industry or sector is desirable

Pay: 32,000.00-34,000.00 per year

Experience:

Retail sales: 2 years (preferred)
