We're looking for a confident, organised, and creative Shop Manageress to become the face of our beautiful Treaty Shop in Falmouth. This role is perfect for someone with a positive attitude, strong leadership skills, and a warm personality - someone who can make our customers feel welcome while ensuring the smooth and successful running of the shop each day.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Experience & Sales

Welcome customers with enthusiasm, warmth, and big smiles. Use excellent communication and sales skills to understand customer needs and recommend the perfect pieces. Lead sales on the shop floor and ensure high standards of customer service at all times.

Shop Operations & Presentation

Oversee the smooth day-to-day operation of the shop. Maintain excellent shop floor standards, ensuring the space is tidy, inviting, and well-presented. Monitor stock levels and manage restocking needs. Design, plan, and execute creative and eye-catching shop window displays.

Team Leadership

Organise the staff rota and ensure adequate coverage throughout the week. Provide on-the-job training and ensure staff uphold Treaty's values and service standards.

Schedule

5-6 hours per day, 3-5 days per week, including some weekends. Flexibility is essential, as hours may vary throughout the seasons.
