Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Shop Supervisor to oversee our retail operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day running of the shop. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership abilities and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate shop staff, providing guidance and support as needed
- Manage inventory levels and order stock when necessary
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to drive sales growth
- Ensure the shop is clean, organised, and visually appealing at all times
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and process transactions
- Train new employees on shop procedures and product knowledge

Experience

- Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role, preferably in a retail environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in sales management and inventory control
- Bilingual proficiency is advantageous
- Familiarity with phone etiquette and administrative tasks

Pay: 31,000.00-39,000.00 per year

GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
