, a short-form content agency. We work with brilliant clients across lifestyle, food & drink, B2B + e-commerce, and right now, we need a

Short-Form Video Editor

to help us keep up with the volume and bring ideas to life in the edit.

This role will start freelance and can be flexible on the number of hours/days worked each week. If we enjoy working together (and you enjoy working with us), there's a clear path to bringing you in-house longer term.

What you'll be doing:

You'll be editing

short-form, social-first video content

, mainly:

LinkedIn videos, Instagram Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts Paid social ads and organic content Fast, punchy, performance-minded edits (15 to 60s) Turning raw footage into scroll-stopping content
Day-to-day, that looks like:

Editing from footage (and occasionally lo-fi / UGC-style clips) Adding captions, grading and sound design Working from clear briefs (but also having good instincts) Helping us ship

a lot of content

, consistently

You'll be a good fit if you:

Are genuinely good at editing short-form video Understand hooks, retention, pacing, and why videos perform Can edit quickly without sacrificing quality Are comfortable in

Premiere Pro

(bonus if you also use After Effects) Have strong attention to detail (audio levels, captions, timing) Can take feedback without ego and improve fast

Nice to have (not essential):

Experience with paid social ads Caption-heavy or kinetic text styles Basic motion graphics Experience working with brands, not just creators

Location & Working Style:

Ideally

based near Newport or West Bristol or East Cardiff

Work in our studio for big edit days Work from home some of the time Flexible working. We care about output, not clock-watching

Pay: 25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 7 - 35 per week

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Newport NP20 1LN
