Responsibilities
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations and service delivery
Engage with customers to provide assistance and resolve queries effectively
Maintain a clean and organised work environment to promote safety and efficiency
Assist in the preparation and execution of events or activities as required
Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock management
Provide feedback to management on operational improvements and customer experiences
Experience
Previous experience in a customer-facing role is advantageous but not essential
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are necessary for effective interaction with customers and team members
Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated
A keen attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality service
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and tasks as needed
