We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Shot Server to join our dynamic team in a vibrant restaurant environment. As a Shot Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional guest services, ensuring that each dining experience is memorable. You will be responsible for serving Jager shots around a nightclub or bar and assisting guests with any needs they may have. Your passion for hospitality excellence will contribute to our reputation for outstanding service.

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner. Serve Jagers promptly while ensuring presentation meets our standards. Provide information about beverage items, including ingredients and preparation methods. Upsell additional items to enhance the guest experience and increase sales. Respond promptly to guest inquiries or concerns, ensuring satisfaction throughout their visit. Collaborate with staff to ensure good service.

Requirements

Previous experience in a hospitality setting is preferred but not essential. Basic maths skills for handling transactions and processing payments accurately. Excellent communication skills with a focus on guest services and hospitality. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A positive attitude and willingness to help both guests and team members alike. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.

(Please note, this is mainly commission. Base pay is 12.25 + Commission earned)
