We are a busy and well-established kitchen and bathroom showroom dedicated to providing high-quality products and excellent service to our customers. We are looking for a friendly, organized, and motivated individual to join our team as a Showroom Assistant.
As a Showroom Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for customers visiting our showroom. You will play a key role in providing a welcoming experience, supporting sales staff, and helping with general administrative tasks in the office
Duties
Greet and engage with customers in the showroom, offering assistance and product information as needed
Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the showroom
Answer phone calls and respond to basic customer inquiries
Assist with office duties including filing, paperwork, and data entry
Support sales staff with day-to-day tasks
Help manage brochures, samples, and product displays
Book appointments and follow up with potential leads as required

Friendly, approachable, and confident with good communication skills
Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Basic computer literacy (e.g., using email, Microsoft Office)
Experience in customer service is advantageous but not essential -- full training will be provided
