Kitchen Showroom Consultant

Location: Edinburgh (Dream Doors showroom)

Salary: 28,500 - 29,500 per year (Full-Time, Permanent)

Hours: 5 days per week including most Saturdays

Showroom hours: Mon-Fri 9am-5pm | Sat 10am-4pm

What You'll Be Doing:

This is a consultative, customer-facing role where you'll help clients define their dream kitchen.

You Will:

Follow up on new enquiries from our CRM Understand customers' needs and budgets Run in-showroom consultations - guiding customers through door styles, colours, worktops, taps, appliances, etc. Book in-home surveys once designs and budgets are aligned Keep CRM notes up to date, assist the team with preparation, and help ensure everything runs smoothly
You won't be doing hard sales or closing deals. Our director handles quoting and home appointments--your job is to guide, prep, and impress from the first interaction.

You'll be the first point of contact Well-presented & professional - You represent the Dream Doors brand Excellent communicator - Clear, articulate, and a good listener Organised & efficient - Able to multitask with attention to detail Tech-literate - Confident using Excel, Word & CRM systems Positive and open to feedback - You'll grow with the role Available for most Saturdays - Essential for showroom coverage
Bonus: Social media skills are helpful, but not essential--we'll provide training.
