As a

Showroom Consultant

based in

Thurso

, you'll be responsible for:


Serving customers in the showroom, understanding their needs, and offering recommendations for suitable products. Answering customer inquiries via phone and email with a proactive and positive attitude, building strong relationships and ensuring exceptional service. Develop sales leads to generate new business for the showroom. Ensure the showroom is clean & tidy and represents our product line positively.

This is a full-time permanent role, 42.5 hours per week, Monday-Friday 8 am-5 pm, with occasional Saturday shifts.

And here's what we'd like you to have:

Previous showroom experience, preferably within kitchens, bathrooms, or the general trade, would be an advantage. Excellent communication skills and passionate about delivering results and providing great customer satisfaction. Creative ability to plan/design bathrooms. Able to discuss a customer's ideas, flesh out suggestions, describe products, identify opportunities for extra sales, and develop the ability to match products to the customer's needs.
