Key Accountabilities
Welcome and engage customers, understanding their needs and offering tailored product recommendations.
Present product features, pricing, and availability with confidence and clarity.
Maintain an attractive, well-organised showroom aligned with company standards.
Prepare quotations, sales orders, and invoices accurately.
Coordinate with logistics for smooth delivery and follow up with customers on order status.
Provide after-sales support and ensure customer issues are resolved professionally.
Achieve individual and showroom sales targets while building long-term customer relationships.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Sales-driven with confidence in guiding customers toward purchase decisions.
High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
Fast learner with solid product knowledge or the ability to acquire it quickly.

Experience/Qualifications
Experience in retail, showroom, interior design, or customer-facing sales roles.
Practical experience with Virtual Worlds or similar CAD/3D layout software.
Diploma or degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Business, Marketing or related field is advantageous but not essential.
Proficiency with MS Office; familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
