35 Hours/week.

Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday & Saturday:

10:00am - 5:00pm

Thursday:

12:00pm - 7:00pm

Role Overview:

We are looking for a friendly, confident, and professional Showroom Host to join our team full-time. This is an exciting customer-facing role where you will be our brand ambassador and the first point of contact for visitors to our showroom, ensuring everyone receives a warm welcome and an excellent experience. You will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team and will be a vital part of the client's journey with us.

Key Responsibilities:

Meeting & greeting customers as they enter the showroom. Providing product information and supporting the sales team. Maintaining a tidy, well-presented showroom environment. Answering telephone and email enquiries. Booking appointments and managing diaries. General administrative support.

What We're Looking For:

The ideal candidate will need to have exceptional customer service skills and demonstrate an ability to build a rapport with prospective clients. You will need to be able to inspire confidence in The Bespoke Window Group by aligning our brand and product range with the needs of our clients, using your knowledge to help guide them as they begin their journey. An interest in home improvements/interior design or architecture would be beneficial.

You Should Be:

Positive, confident and well presented. Articulate and professional, you'll need to be comfortable speaking with high spending individuals. Highly organised & reliable. You will be running multiple diaries and taking comprehensive notes of showroom consultations. Devoted to providing a first class experience. Often you will be the first representative of the business and the impression you leave on prospective clients will be vital. Willing to embrace the company ethos and culture, learning to share our passion for what we do. Sales or customer service experience would be beneficial but is not required
