BlackBook is working in partnership with a renowned London design studio to appoint a

Showroom Manager

for their flagship space in the heart of Central London.

This is a pivotal role at the intersection of logistics, presentation, and client experience -- perfect for someone who understands the rhythm of a high-end showroom and takes pride in creating an elegant, seamless environment for both clients and team.

What you'll do:

Oversee day-to-day showroom operations, ensuring the space is impeccably presented Act as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, delivering an exceptional experience Support the sales team with client hospitality, diary management, and preparation Manage showroom inventory, samples, deliveries, and installations Liaise with marketing to maintain showroom visuals and brand materials Ensure all client touchpoints reflect the highest standards of service and storytelling

What we're looking for:

Proven experience managing a luxury retail or interiors showroom Strong organisational skills with an eye for presentation and detail Natural hospitality, professionalism, and discretion Confident communicator, comfortable with clients and senior stakeholders A genuine interest in art, interiors, or collectible design
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 45,000.00-80,000.00 per year
