. The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of formwork, including building and setting out shutters for reinforced concrete works.
Key Responsibilities
Construct, install, and dismantle formwork to support concrete structures.
Interpret drawings, plans, and specifications accurately.
Ensure safe and efficient working practices at all times.
Work closely with site teams to meet project deadlines.
Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas to a high standard.
Preferred Experience
Experience working with pre-cast concrete
is highly desirable.
Proven background in shuttering carpentry on civil or commercial construction projects.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong understanding of health and safety procedures.
Requirements
CSCS card (Blue Skilled Worker preferred).
NVQ Level 2/3 in Carpentry or Formwork (advantageous).
Valid right to work in the UK.
Own tools and PPE.
