About Us:
TR Building & Interiors is a specialist building and interiors fit-out company delivering high-quality commercial and hospitality projects across the UK. We are currently working on an exciting project at The Mere Hotel & Spa in Knutsford and are looking for a reliable and organised Site Administrator to support our Project Manager on site.
Role Overview:
As the Site Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the project. Working closely with the Project Manager, you will help ensure smooth communication, accurate record-keeping, and general administrative support to keep the project running efficiently.
This is a
temporary role running until Christmas
, with the potential to be extended or made permanent based on performance. Please note: if the role becomes permanent, there would likely be a
change of location
depending on future project sites.
This is also a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience within a dynamic and growing company, with plenty of scope for skill development and long-term career progression.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide on-site administrative support to the Project Manager
Manage and update project documents, reports, and schedules using Microsoft Word and Excel
Handle phone calls and email communications with clients, suppliers, and team members
Maintain organised filing systems (both digital and physical)
Support in coordinating meetings and site logistics
Assist in tracking deliveries, timesheets, and other site documentation
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience in an administrative role (construction or site-based experience is a bonus)
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
A proactive attitude and ability to work independently on site
Details:
Part-time role: 30 hours per week
Pay: 12.50-13.50 per hour (depending on experience)
Location: The Mere Hotel & Spa, Knutsford
Contract: Temporary until Christmas, with potential to become permanent (location may change)
