Established in 2006, our Studholme site specialises in producing milk powders, including standard and high heat whole milk powders, buttermilk powder and whey protein concentrate powder. We're currently constructing additional capacity which will expand our site's capabilities into advanced proteins.

This investment is a key part our Co-op's strategy to grow value through our world-leading Ingredients business. Advanced proteins will be used in premium applications such as medical nutrition and high protein sports products, offering enhanced functionality that sets them apart in the market. We also remain a key player in supporting milk processing across the South Island.

M? t?nei t?ranga | About the Opportunity


Joining us as Site Administrator at Studholme, you'll be an integral member of our site operations team, making a real difference every day. You will be the go-to person for keeping our operations organised and efficient, enabling our Site Leadership team to focus on their core activities.

No two days will be the same - you'll enjoy a variety of tasks from inducting visitors and contractors to site, scheduling meetings, taking minutes and arranging catering through to maintaining documentation and databases, providing inwards goods and site security system support, managing travel arrangements and organising the pool of fleet vehicles.

We are looking for an engaging and approachable professional who has a passion for continuous improvement and supporting others. As a team player and the 'go-to' person in our team, you will display a high degree of integrity and professionalism while bringing a sense of energy and fun to the role.

To shine in this role you will bring:

Strong skills in office administration including juggling travel, meeting and event management with ease Proven ability to accurately input data, produce reports and maintain organised documentation systems Outstanding relationship-building skills and a genuine desire to collaborate across teams Proactive mindset with the ability to juggle tasks, solve problems and set priorities with confidence Tech-savvy approach - proficient in MS Office and SAP, familiar with workflows and digital reporting tools, and quick to learn new systems A self-starter attitude paired with clear, professional communication--both written and verbal
