. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to one of the most ambitious and high-profile engineering ventures in the country. As a Site Engineer, you'll be at the heart of operations, driving precision, innovation, and efficiency across all phases of construction.Key Responsibilities
Conduct GNSS-based site surveys to ensure accurate data collection. Refine and manage 3D machine control models for streamlined construction. Collaborate with Foremen and site teams to implement effective build strategies. Prepare and maintain essential project documentation. Perform quality checks on materials to uphold engineering standards. Lead rolling-wave planning to maintain project momentum. Monitor progress and ensure earthworks are delivered on time and within budget. Track costs and support budget control efforts. Mentor junior engineers and apprentices, fostering team development.
Candidate Profile
Minimum 1 year of experience in earthworks or civil engineering. Strong academic background, including at least a grade B in GCSE Maths and Physics. Solid grasp of the four pillars of Civil Engineering. Eligible for ICE membership and committed to pursuing IEng status.
