Job Description

We are looking for a skilled maintenance / service engineer to join our on-site support team. Our site support team visits customers to carry out planned and reactive maintenance. This includes tasks such as bearing changes and dynamic balancing of industrial fan units.

In an ideal applicant we are looking for:

Knowledge, skills and experience - essential

Experience and competency in

Welding (Stick/Mig/Tig) Fitting (bearings, seals, shafts, impellers) Fault finding, diagnostics, repairs
Good time keeping

Full driving licence

Good communicator, both oral and written

IT literate

Knowledge, skills and experience - desirable

Experience with dynamic balancing - training will be provided

Experience with laser alignment - training will be provided

Experience with industrial fan units

Ability to fault find and find solutions

Proactive in working on your own

Flexibility with working hours dependent on need, weekend work offered as overtime or flexible hours with time off in lieu.
