We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Site Engineer to oversee and manage construction and engineering projects on-site. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating activities, ensuring safety standards are maintained, and delivering projects within specified timelines. Responsibilities

Supervise daily site operations, ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications Setting out and levelling sites Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to facilitate smooth workflow Monitor progress and report on project milestones, adjusting schedules as necessary Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times Conduct site inspections to identify potential issues and implement corrective measures Maintain accurate documentation of site activities, including progress reports and safety records Support the planning and execution of project phases, ensuring resources are utilised efficiently

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Site Engineer or similar role in construction or engineering projects Relevant engineering qualification (e.g., degree or diploma in Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering) Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Good communication skills to liaise effectively with team members and stakeholders Knowledge of health and safety regulations applicable to construction sites Ability to work independently and proactively solve problems in a fast-paced environment Ability to set out and level sites independently
