Site Engineer

What You'll Be Doing

As a Site Engineer, you'll be right at the heart of our earthworks and civil engineering projects. You'll work alongside project managers and technical teams to:


Monitor and verify earthworks on site Interpret drawings and specifications Set out and survey locations and structures Track material movements and quality Liaise with third parties for data and reporting Propose smarter, more efficient working methods

You'll also get the chance to grow your skills--developing models, working with contract data, and learning from experienced engineers.

We value clear communication--especially the ability to explain complex ideas in simple terms.

What You'll Bring

Strong numeracy and IT skills (Excel, Word) Basic AutoCAD skills (advanced is a plus!) Great communication and a proactive mindset A desire to learn, grow, and solve real-world problems

Your Background

A degree (BSc/BEng) in Civil Engineering is preferred--but not essential Relevant technical qualifications or site experience are also welcome Familiarity with earthworks and surveying is a bonus
