How will you make an impact?
You will provide support across all areas of the business and be responsible for all tooling & fixtures on site, generating a library and storage areas for tooling and fixtures.
The Site Fixture Coordinator will also be provide assistance within our Logistics and Production departments.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Liaising with the Production Team on a daily basis to ensure key priorities are met.
Fixture maintenance.
Follow instructions to ensure the correct tooling is available within specified timescales.
Ensure tooling is correctly stored away to maintain a tidy work space and ensure tooling and fixtures are kept to a good standard. This may include bespoke pallets and oiling where necessary as and when required.
Hold direct responsibility for storage of all fixtures and tooling.
Be responsible across the business, ensuring all areas are designated and kept clear and tidy, to ensure the company adheres to its health & safety obligations.
Responsibility for reporting damage and liaising with the tool room for repairs.
Ensuring an accurate library is maintained tooling and fixtures onsite and offsite, which includes the administration of a tooling spreadsheet and the JSF Government owed register.
Be able to give updates on tooling as and when required to meet the needs of tooling audits.
Liaise with departments across the business to understand company requirements and continuously review and improve processes.
Providing assistance within Despatch (including driving to make deliveries and collections) and Production when required.
Any other reasonable duties to support the business as and when required.
Taking extreme care and attention in handling Aerospace parts.
Maintaining a clean and tidy work area.
Supporting preventative action on machines and fixtures maintenance.
Experience, Knowledge and Education:
Understanding of fixtures and tooling

Previous experience using a Fork Lift Truck Licence (Counterbalance & Reach)
