Job Description

We are a family run warehouse based in IP6 looking for a site foreman due to an ever increasing volume of work

Job will involve but not limited to;

Overseeing and organising yard movements, ensuring safe and efficient movement of goods, trailers and vehicles Manage a team of warehouse staff Coordinate with Warehouse and Transport Departments Maintain and inspect the yard and warehouses - including housekeeping, health and safety standards Checking over cargo in the warehouses and the yard Checking loaded trailers Raising any issues with Director Escorting and Monitoring Visitors to site Ensure all company safety policies and procedures are adhered to
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and team management skills, excellent organisation and time-management abilities, problem solving and decision making capabilities in a fast paced environment, exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Ideally with Counter Balance forklift certification.

Hours are 7am until 5pm, Monday to Friday - Overtime rates are offered. Salary is open to negotiation. Experience in a similar role is preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 30,000.00-40,000.00 per year
