Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Site Infrastructure & Facilities Manager to oversee the operational integrity, maintenance, and development of infrastructure across a multi-occupancy chemical manufacturing industrial park in Northeast Linconshire. This role is critical in ensuring the safe, compliant, and efficient management of shared utilities, site infrastructure, and hard/soft FM services for tenant operations. A large portion of the site is currently unoccupied and will be undergoing redevelopment.

Duties

Key Responsibilities:

Lead day-to-day management of all site infrastructure (roads, drains, buildings, utilities, etc.) Oversee service contracts including waste management, utilities including water, foul sewer, electricity, gas and nitrogen, security services, and maintenance providers Manage statutory compliance across the site, including HSE, COMAH, and environmental regulations Coordinate infrastructure upgrades, repairs, and capital improvement projects Act as the primary liaison with site tenants for shared facilities issues and service delivery Maintain and update infrastructure records, permits, and risk assessments Ensure emergency response infrastructure is maintained and drills are coordinated Collaborate with local authorities, regulators, and emergency services as needed Develop and manage site services budgets
Requirements:

Proven experience in facilities or infrastructure management, ideally within a chemical or industrial environment Strong understanding of UK health, safety, and environmental compliance (e.g. HSE, COMAH) Experience managing multi-tenant or multi-user industrial sites preferred but not required Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Engineering or facilities-related qualification (HNC/HND or degree desirable) Familiarity with permit-to-work systems and contractor control procedures Reliable and flexible to meet dynamic site needs.
