Site Manager

This is a superb opportunity for a Site Manager to join the business through this rapid period of growth. The business is looking for a driven and motivated Site Manager to support the team through these exciting times..

Responsibilities:

Lead a small site team to provide a quality, detail driven installation of new product. Be able to provide servicing, rectification and technical support for legacy installations. Understand and work to GA Layout drawings and feedback. Collaborate with client's and contractors to provide smooth installation. Be prepared to travel to site with flexibility including , overnight stays where required. Have a general understanding of site Health and Safety requirements. Be prepared to use any plant, lift and equipment that contributes to the installation of job at hand, staying updated with the latest trends, techniques, and advancements in site fit for our industry. Assist the factory fit-out team when not out on site.

Requirements:

Proven experience in leading a team to complete defined requirements and end goals. Fitting experience with a mechanical focus and relevant qualifications a desirable. Certification in relevant fields such as CSCS, PASMA, etc. Ability to interpret technical drawings, and design specifications. Excellent attention to detail. Effective communication skills to collaborate with colleagues, the client, and other site teams. Problem-solving skills to identify and resolve challenges efficiently. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
