We're on the lookout for a talented Site Joiner to join our creative team, specialising in the installation of bespoke timber playgrounds and outdoor play equipment across the UK.

The Role

As a

Site Joiner

, you'll be responsible for assembling and installing our timber playground equipment on location.
You'll work as part of a dedicated site team to ensure every project is completed to the highest standards, safe, durable, and beautifully finished.

You'll need solid joinery skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to problem-solve on-site while maintaining our company's commitment to quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities

Assemble and install playground equipment and timber structures on-site to precise specifications. Work from drawings and measurements to ensure accurate builds. Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently. Ensure all installations meet safety standards and company quality requirements. Carry out basic groundworks, foundations, and site preparation when required. Liaise with project managers, designers, and the workshop team for smooth handovers. Work as part of a site crew, maintaining strong communication and teamwork. Take ownership of site safety, cleanliness, and professional presentation. Represent Precision Timber positively with clients and site partners.

Skills & Experience Required

Proven experience as a joiner, ideally with site installation or outdoor construction experience. Excellent craftsmanship and attention to detail. Confident in reading and interpreting technical drawings and project plans. Strong teamwork and communication skills. Physically fit and comfortable with outdoor, hands-on work in varying conditions. A proactive attitude with the ability to problem-solve on-site. Full UK driving licence (essential). CSCS card or willingness to obtain (preferred).
