Job Summary


We require an experience labourer to work along side our site teams, fitting metal fencing, handrails, balustrading and structural steelwork. This is a manual role and involves hard digs and lifting, so you must be physically fit. You must hold a valid green CSCS card as a minimum requirement.

Responsibilities



Assist with the loading and unloading of materials, tools, and equipment on-site Prepare work areas by cleaning and organizing job sites to promote safety and efficiency Operate tools and machinery Digging holes on site (may contain hard digs) Manual Handling Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a secure and safe work environment for all team members Perform general site cleanup, including waste removal and debris management Conduct routine inspections of equipment and report any maintenance needs or hazards promptly

Skills



Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labour Ability to follow instructions carefully and work as part of a team Understanding of construction site safety procedures and protocols Good communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members Willingness to learn new skills related to construction operations Reliability, punctuality, and a proactive attitude toward tasks Prior experience in construction or labour roles is necessary. Valid driver's license is preferred CSCS Card is essential
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From 28,080.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
