Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Labourer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with various tasks on-site, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and safely. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a willingness to work collaboratively within a team environment.
Duties
Assist in the loading and unloading of materials and equipment Perform general maintenance tasks, including cleaning and organising work areas Follow instructions from supervisors and senior staff to complete assigned tasks Operate basic machinery and tools as required, adhering to safety protocols Support skilled tradespeople in their duties as needed Maintain a high standard of health and safety practices on-site
Experience
Previous experience in a labouring role is advantageous but not essential Ability to work effectively in a team environment Strong physical fitness and stamina for manual handling tasks Familiarity with construction or maintenance tools is beneficial A proactive attitude towards learning new skills and techniques
