We operate a premium serviced apartment portfolio in Edinburgh New Town and are looking for a full-time Site Lead to take full responsibility for on-the-ground operations.
This is a hands-on leadership role. You are the person responsible for standards, execution, and delivery on site.
All sales, pricing, marketing, bookings, and guest communications are handled by our head office. Your remit is simple and non-negotiable:
Make sure every guest has a 10/10 stay -- every time.
Key Responsibilities
Full day-to-day operational oversight of the apartments
Manage, inspect, and quality-control all cleaning
Carry out and coordinate maintenance, repairs, and snagging
Manage contractors and suppliers
Perform pre-arrival and post-departure inspections
Respond quickly to issues and prevent repeat problems
Maintain consistently high presentation and operational standards
Step in and do the work when required -- no task is "beneath" this role
