We're looking for a motivated, hands-on

Site Leader

to take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of our Cranbrook site -- a high-tier COMAH registered location. If you're a strong leader with operational, transport and safety expertise, this is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact in a dynamic, safety-critical environment.


What You'll Be Doing





As Site Leader, you'll lead and motivate a team of drivers and admin staff to ensure safe, efficient and customer-focused delivery of cylinder gas supplies. You'll also take ownership of all site operations, with key responsibilities including:


Managing daily site activities, including fleet scheduling and driver deployment Leading a culture of safety-first and compliance across a COMAH registered site Ensuring driver and vehicle compliance with transport, HSE, and company standards Overseeing inventory, cash, and cylinder reconciliation processes Maintaining site security and acting as emergency call-out key holder Driving continuous improvement and operational excellence through KPIs Developing and supporting staff performance, training, and development

What We're Looking For





To succeed in this role, you'll be an experienced people manager and a confident decision-maker with a passion for safety and service excellence. Ideally, you'll have:


Management CPC qualification is essential

Proven leadership experience in a service-led, operational or logistics environment Strong knowledge of transport regulations (RTD/WTD, CPC, Tachograph, etc.) Familiarity with managing a high-tier COMAH site (or similar safety-critical environment) Sound understanding of HSE and quality standards Financial management experience and ability to deliver against KPIs Experience with hazardous goods and ADR regulations (preferred) A formal safety qualification (IOSH or NEBOSH preferred) Strong IT skills and knowledge of current employment legislation
