Site Maintenance Operative

to support the upkeep of our busy site and keep our systems running seamlessly.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives on variety, enjoys being on the move, and is eager to help maintain and develop cutting-edge warehouse solutions.

What You'll Be Doing

This is a diverse, technical role that blends routine maintenance with forward-thinking development work. Your responsibilities will include:

Planned Maintenance & Emergency Repairs

Keep essential machinery - including strappers, conveyors, manual handling tools, and robotic systems - running reliably and safely.

Robotics & Automation Support

Get involved in the maintenance of AGVs (Automated Guided Vehicles) and assist in developing and refining our new robotic picking systems.

Site Upkeep & Facilities Management

Tackle general site duties such as yard work, cleaning, basic plumbing, and groundskeeping to keep our premises in top shape.

Warehouse Configuration Support

Assist with layout changes, racking adjustments, and system setups to support evolving operational needs.

What We're Looking For

We welcome candidates with varied experience - from general maintenance to those with a technical or engineering background. More importantly, we're looking for the right mindset.

You should be:

Technically minded with a passion for fixing and improving equipment. Comfortable with hands-on tasks and physical work. A self-starter who takes ownership of responsibilities and can work independently. Excited by technology and willing to learn about automation, robotics, and machine systems. Experienced in areas like electrical, mechanical, or robotic engineering.
