experience is required to oversee day-to-day delivery of interior construction projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing site operations, coordinating trades, maintaining safety standards, and ensuring projects are completed on schedule and to the required quality.
Key Responsibilities
Manage all on-site activities for commercial fit out projects
Lead and coordinate subcontractors, trades, and site personnel
Drive the construction programme and monitor progress against targets
Ensure strict compliance with Health & Safety regulations
Conduct site inductions, toolbox talks, and maintain safety documentation
Oversee quality control, inspections, and snagging processes
Manage site logistics, materials, labour, and daily reporting
Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal teams to resolve issues and maintain project momentum
Support project close-out, handover, and documentation completion
About You
Demonstrated experience as a Site Manager on commercial fit out projects (offices, retail, hospitality, healthcare, etc.)
Strong understanding of fit out sequencing and high-quality finishing
Ability to read and interpret drawings and technical documentation
Excellent organisational, communication, and leadership skills
Proactive approach to problem-solving and project delivery
Commitment to maintaining safe, efficient, and tidy work environments
Relevant industry qualifications: SMSTS (or equivalent), CSCS, First Aid
Job Type: Fixed term contract
